Dr. Ragheb El-Sergani, General-Supervisor of Islam Story Web Site, stressed that history repeats itself, namely the past events on the revolt of Egypt and that its incidents from the very first day up till now represent a significant part of series of history which is a historical turning point.

Dr. Ragheb added that contemplating on history confirms the fact that the established way of Allah, the Almighty, never vary, and that history repeats itself, namely though figures are different, the incidents and results are the same which is the very established way in land.

This is well-demonstrated in the Quranic verse: (But you will never find in the way of Allah any change, and you will never find in the way of Allah any alteration), Fatir,43.

Dr. Ragheb added that such way established by Allah is to transfer the nations of figures from a certain condition to another, namely from strength to weakness and vice versa.

Dr. Ragheb pointed out the numerous establised ways of Allah in the revolt of Egypt, which are as follows:

First: relief comes from where we do not expect; however, from where we dislike. This is demonstrated in the Quranic verse referring to the incidents of Badr Battle, that Allah, the Almighty says: ([It is] just as when your Lord brought you out of your home [for the battle of Badr] in truth, while indeed, a party among the believers were unwilling. Arguing with you concerning the truth after it had become clear, as if they were being driven toward death while they were looking on………….though the guilty disliked) Al-Anfal, 5-8.

Second: the dissimilarity of strength of the wronger and the wronged, namely Allah, the Almighty, relief the wronged even if they have not prepared themselves to the utmost that the strength of the wronger party and the weakness of the wronged one is obvious.

Third:- the results disappoint the observers and analysts, namely none imagined having president Mubarak deposed within18 days or it comes to resolving the State security  body or other incidents took place; however, this is an established way of Allah, the Almighty.

This came during a meeting with Prof. Dr. Ragheb Sergani with Mr. Mustafa Hosni in an episode1/4, of "They deceived you saying…., " Program, under the title of which was entitled "The established ways of Allah, the Almighty, in the revolt of Egypt" which aired on "Iqraa" satellite channel on Friday, March 18th, 2011.

On the importance of history, Dr. Ragheb stated that there is a gap in the Islamic history, namely there is a missing link between historians on one part and people on the other which shall be reconsidered. This is to derive the lessons of history which concern the contemporary daily life of  people.

Dr. Ragheb declared that historians should narrate to people in a comprehendible way, namely in the parlance of the 21st century not of the 4th or 5th Hijri centuries.

Dr. Ragheb stressed that incidents occurred in Egypt are not planned by nationals; rather, by Allah, the Almighty, who is the only who toppled the regime of Mubarak. This is well-demonstrated in the Quranic verse: "And you did not kill them, but it was Allah who killed them. And you threw not, [O Muúammad], when you threw...", Al-Anfal,17.
